Returns & Refunds Policy
Your right of withdrawal
You may return your purchase within 14 days of receiving the item, in line with the EU right of withdrawal under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and Swedish law (Lag (2005:59) om distansavtal och avtal utanför affärslökaler). You do not need to give a reason.
How to start a return
- Email us at ouskeydigitalstudio.business@gmail.com with your order number before sending anything.
- Please do not send items back without contacting us first; we will reply with return instructions.

Condition of returned items
Unused items can always be returned within 14 days. Items should be returned unused, in their original packaging, with the hair ties and bonnet included.
Because our heatless curlers come into direct contact with hair, items that have been unsealed or used after delivery may, for hygiene reasons, not be accepted for return, unless they are faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Return shipping costs
The customer pays the cost of return shipping, unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving your return.
Damaged, faulty or wrong items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, email photos of the item to ouskeydigitalstudio.business@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving it, and we will replace it or refund you. Your statutory rights regarding faulty goods are not affected by this policy.
