Free worldwide shipping
Free shipping on every order to the EU and our international destinations. Orders within Sweden ship free on orders of 470 kr or more; below that, standard shipping in Sweden is 65 kr. Express shipping in Sweden is 99 kr.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive an email confirmation when your order has shipped.
Where orders ship from
Our products are shipped directly from our partner suppliers' warehouses. If you order more than one item, your order may arrive in separate packages.
Delivery times
After dispatch, delivery typically takes about 7–15 business days, depending on the destination country. Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be longer due to carrier delays, customs checks, peak seasons or other circumstances outside our control.
Order tracking
A tracking number is provided for every order. You will receive it by email once your order has shipped, and you can also use our Track Order page. Tracking information can take a few days to update after dispatch.
Customs, duties and taxes
For deliveries within the EU, prices include VAT where applicable and there are no additional customs charges. For deliveries outside the EU, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by your country. These charges are set by local authorities, are not included in the price or shipping, and are the responsibility of the recipient. Please check with your local customs office if you are unsure.
Address accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct. If you notice an error, email us as soon as possible with your order number, and we will try to update it before the order ships.
Lost or delayed parcels
If your tracking has not updated for an extended period, or your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please email us with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier and help resolve it.
